Urban United Association (UUA) has been deeply committed to enhancing the well-being and cultural integration of the Chinese American community in Flushing and the wider Asian-American community in New York City. However, UUA faced a significant challenge in effectively reaching and engaging their audience in the digital age. Their existing online presence was limited and didn't reflect the vibrancy of their events and services. They sought a solution to create a cohesive brand image and establish a user-friendly online platform to showcase their offerings.
Solution

We streamlined event registration, including a dedicated ticket sales website for their "Christmas Music Competition." This platform facilitated seamless registrations and ticket purchases, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly process.
