Urban United Association - 2022 Miss Asian Pageant

The Challenge

The 2022 Miss Asian Pageant was an annual event that was organized and promoted by Urban United Association. Our production team was tasked with capturing the process of the 1-week long event, from beginning to end. The challenge that our team faced was capturing the event from different perspectives, from the attendees, participants, to hosts.

The Solution

During each operational day of the event, our production team arrived ahead of schedule at the designated project site. Their primary objective encompassed the meticulous arrangement of video cameras, to establish uniformity across camera lighting and audio. Upon the participants' arrival, a selection of interviews was  conducted, aimed at capturing their individualized perspectives on the unfolding event.

Our team captured the hosts in their element and the makeup process undergone by the participants. As the event progressed, we placed our focus on capturing the behind-the-scenes to present UUA's event planning and organizational ability.

Following the culmination of the event, our production team was tasked with skillfully editing the video clips captured throughout the duration of the day. This endeavor aimed at seamlessly amalgamating these clips into a cohesive narrative, to present a comprehensive visual depiction of the entire event process.
